Construction commenced in 2011 and was completed in early 2012. The home's chosen placement on the lot allows for easy access all around and room for an accessory dwelling unit, swimming pool, or outdoor kitchen with excellent bay views and frontage. The original design was such as to suggest various options for enlargement to 5 or more bedrooms. The home is configured to provide easy access to almost 2500 sf of fully finished, lower level, primary living space that includes a large master suite, guest bedroom and open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Overlooking the master bedroom there is an additional 250 sf fully finished 2nd level loft-office space which also acords a good bay view. There is a 493 sf screened and covered back porch with motor operated clear vinyl weather curtains which serves very well as additional climate controllable living space. The master bath, master bedroom, kitchen-living-dining area and enclosed rear porch all provide expansive, grand views to the northeast of Chocktawhatchee Bay and the intracoastal waterway. The 2nd level, "3rd bedroom" is a 643 sf "studio apartment" with its own HVAC system, laundry room, closets, full bath and attached covered porch.
