About Me I have lived in the St. Petersburg area for over forty years and am very familiar with the over 100 neighborhoods throughout the city, especially the waterfront communities and the nearby revitalized and charming downtown district. I am a graduate of the University of South Florida, a former High School teacher, local business owner and artist but for the last twenty-one years have enjoyed the many challenges of Real Estate. I especially like having the Coldwell Banker branding as it is recognized internationally which is very beneficial for selling a home and has many opportunities for buyers to help them find their "Dream Home". I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and consider it a privilege to find the perfect home for buyers and be at the closing table with satisfied sellers. I am always available and will do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal of a happy ending for an eager buyer or anxious seller and making the process as smooth as possible. If you are a buyer,I can help you find a lender, and I can connect you with listings that match your criteria and once you have found a home you like, I can guide you through the process, including home inspections, appraisal, repairs, insurance, and closing. If you are a seller, I can help with pricing your home properly and preparing your home to put in its best light with professional pictures. Then comes the negotiations with buyer and then the buyer inspections and possible repair requests, and finally the best part--the closing. I have many happy clients who have become friends and hope to make you one, too. I mainly cover the areas of St Petersburg, Seminole, Clearwater and nearby beach communities.
