As an agent who's an expert in St. Pete and has lived here over 25 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in the area. Pinellas County is unlike any place else I've lived. Public schools are assigned via a lottery, and million dollar homes are mixed in with $100,000 homes. You really need someone who knows the area but knows other areas as well to be able to tell you what's different here, and I specialize in out of state buyers! I love houses and I love helping people find just the right one I have a marketing degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and my previous experience in construction management comes in handy for my investor and flipper clients or buyers who want another opinion on doing a rehab. I have National Association of Realtors certifications as a GRI and PSA and 5 additional certifications and designations, and I try to fit in at least 1 or 2 classes every month.
