Along the way, she has built lasting relationships with clients, guiding families through one of the most significant milestones of their lives. Relocating to Jacksonville in 2002 from Fairfield, CT, Leslie leveraged her extensive background in Business Management, Marketing, Leadership, and Training. She honed these skills through roles such as Director of Retail and Corporate Sales for a multi-million-dollar mail order company and working with a custom home builder in Naples, Florida. In 2004, Leslie transitioned into real estate, officially launching her career in Northeast Florida and quickly establishing herself as a trusted advisor. In 2016, she joined Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, where her sales soared, her knowledge deepened, and her passion for the industry grew stronger. Today, she serves as a successful Office Manager for the St. Johns office and proudly co-chairs the Global Luxury division for Vanguard, helping elevate the brand's presence in the high-end market.
