About Cory

Born and raised in South Florida, Cory made the northward journey to St. Augustine in 2007. He attended local Flagler College receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2009. In his free time, Cory enjoys fishing, surfing, and enjoying the historic charm of downtown St. Augustine. Cory entered the real estate industry in 2014 with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties. He has been recognized by his company as a "Top Lister", "Top Producer", "Top Sales", and "Rising Star." The Jacksonville Daily Journal recognized Cory as a "Top 40 under 40" in 2018. Cory is committed to listening to his clients' needs and utilizing his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. Cory is actively involved with many local non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Johns County, The St. Francis Homeless Shelter, and The Limelight Theatre of St. Augustine. He currently serves as a Secretary of the MLS for the St. Augustine/St. Johns County Board of Realtors.
