Many of the clients decided to expand to commercial properties because they saw the opportunities and thereby I became involved in commercial sales and property management.I believe Charlotte County Florida offers an AMAZING lifestyle and I am enthusiastic to learn the interests of my clients and their real estate goals.My Real Estate experience started in 1997 working 95% with European buyers and sellers from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, and Czech Republic who enjoyed the southwest Florida climate, lifestyle and economy.I started with the sale of a condo, then residential vacation homes and vacant land, building a new home and seasonal rentals.In 1996 Ann and her husband, Martin, who is from Vienna, Austria started a Real Estate Company so they could be flexible to raise their two beautiful daughters, Kristina, born in 1995 and Olivia, born 15 months later in 1996.Ann Schulz was born in Troy, Ohio moved to Los Angeles, California after the 1978 blizzard and moved to Florida in 1989.My European clients inspire me to love our area all over again because I can see our environment with their eyes of appreciation of our daily life with palm trees, sunshine and many lifestyle choices from enjoying nature, golfing and boating to shopping!
