My name is Blair Kennedy and I am a licensed Property Manager and REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Paradise serving St Lucie & Martin Counties. I have been in Property Management since 2006 and have managed every type of property from apartment communities to student housing, commercial property, as well as single family homes, and Home Owners Associations. My portfolio is comprised of not only annual rentals, but seasonal vacation rentals as well. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Property Management & Real Estate. From there, I had the rare opportunity to travel all over and manage an array of different properties. I possess a vast knowledge of the rental business and will strive to make sure your investment is handled with diligence and pride. I have a solid understanding of valuation and market trends.
