About Rich

Richard Mugnol began his Real Estate career in 2005 with Watson Real Estate Palm Coast, and joined Florida Realty Investments in 2019. At several juntures, his real estate career paralelled that of his automotive career. He was highly successful and productive in both endeavors. Rich was President and CEO of Pacific Dealership Group-Menio Park, CA. President Melbourne Square Hyundai. Rich's career organically evolved into an automotive consultancy to several large automotive dealership groups. His tenure also encompassed the purchase, oversight and construction of several of his own new dealerships. Rich has been an active Real Estate Investor and personally bought and sold over 25 homes. Rich is now a full-time REALTOR after a 50-year storied career as a successful Retail Automotive Executive. He looks forward to being part of the Coldwell Banker Paradise team, and a part of the Treasure Coast Real Estate community.
