About Kathy

Kathy Schober has been living the real estate lifestyle for most of her working years. She is originally from the southwest suburbs of Chicago, namely Orland Park, where she was born and raised. Selling Illinois homes from 1990 to 2021, her career there was full and fruitful, having accomplishments throughout the years in the 100% Club at RE/MAX. Also, Kathy was a state licensed Loan Originator and originated residential mortgages from 2005 to 2017 while selling real estate. Moving to her new home in North Port, Florida in 2022, she brought with her an expertise for marketing: knowledge in social media marketing and online platform strategies, a wealth of finance proficiency and transactional finesse to bring to new transactions. Her focus is on customer satisfaction, and working in tandem with buyers and sellers to ensure their real estate experience is a smooth and seamless transition into their new homes. Kathy is joined here in Florida with her son Craig and is a dog-mom to Remi, a Belgian Malinois.
