I am originally from Louisville, Kentucky and relocated to Southwest Florida, in June of 2021 after vacationing in the area over the past 30 years. Now my husband, Mike and I are fulfilling our dream of a Florida lifestyle! My Kentucky & Indiana real estate careers began in 2006 and 2008 with Semonin Realtors. Over the years I have been a very successful full-time Realtor, earning multiple company awards including, Rookie of the Year, Top Producer, President's Club & Customer Satisfaction. Education designations include, GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers' Representative).
