We are a husband and wife team of Southwest Florida Realtors who relocated to Charlotte County from the Midwest in 2019 and have been enjoying the Florida lifestyle ever since. We will work with you to find your dream home or help you sell your piece of Florida. Our number one priority is working WITH our customers to help them achieve their Real Estate goals. Chris was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He served as a Medic in an Engineering Battalion in the US Army and helping people has always been close to his heart. His background in healthcare, property management, home inspecting, and real estate give him a unique perspective on the home . Most of Erica's free time is spent in the garden or near the water, enjoying the outdoors with their young daughter buying and selling process. If he's not in the field, you will usually find him near the water with a fishing pole in hand. Erica grew up in a small town in Illinois where she worked as a Human Resources Director for a skilled nursing home facility. Her business degree and customer service background have been the perfect steppingstones into the Realtor role. She enjoys assisting people with every step of the real estate process.
