Over my previous decade in selling real estate, I've found that the key to gaining and retaining my customers has been my belief in satisfaction through service. I study and track it both locally and on a national level. I am very much a numbers guy. I love statistics and use them in my business everyday. This can vary from making sure I am presenting your property to the most qualified candidates through buyer scoring and demographic data; to ensuring that you are aware of the most recent comparable sales activity, property condition estimates, and shifting market trends. For most people, this is the single biggest financial decision in their life. Contracts, Timelines, Negotiations, Repairs, Deposits, Moving, Documentation, Lending, Home Inspections, Title Evidence, and many other factors can come into play in a Real Estate Transaction.
