About Randy

I'm a Jacksonville native who has always been around real estate. My father was an agent and property manager and instilled in me the values of family, hard work and loyalty. Growing up working in his office planted the seed that ultimately lead to my career as a REALTOR. Before pursing my real passion, I dabbled in sales, restaurant management and customer service. I also spent several years at Merrill Lynch learning about financial management - as a result I am well equipped in the nuances of the ever-changing market. Having experience in various arenas gives me a unique edge in the real estate world. My background has helped me develop a distinctive skill-set that allows me to provide my clients with a premier level of service, commitment and customization. Since I was born and raised right here on the First Coast, I'm proud to have watched it change and grow. I remember when San Jose was only two lanes, I know the back roads of Mandarin like I know my own back yard and I went to Micklers when Old Palm Valley Road was just Palm Valley.
