She's also a RESA Certified Real Estate Staging Advocate, and holds the National Association of REALTORS'® Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. Carole is also Peak Producer and graduate of North America's leading real estate training and coaching organization, Buffini and Company. In their spare time, John and Carol are both avid boaters, giving them first-hand knowledge of the area's boating communities, marinas, launches and waterways. They enjoy nothing more than helping fellow boaters find their dream homes! John is also an accomplished artist, well-known in the community for his Jackson Pollock-inspired paintings. The Bayer Group also gives back to the community, serving on Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty's Beaches CBV Cares Realty Group, with Carole acting as Chair in 2021-2022. Carole is also a Member/Advisor At Large at Our Lady Star of the Sea's Catholic Council of Women in Ponte Vedra, and she's a regular volunteer at Mission House, helping to serve the homeless in the Beaches area.
