About Bill

My number one priority is customer satisfaction. I will guarantee dedicated, professional, and friendly service no matter how long it takes. I have been a realtor with the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors and the National of Realtors since 2002. I am a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in economics. Prior to becoming a realtor, my background included a 30 year AT&T corporate career with extensive management, contract negotiation, quality, and project management experience. I moved to the Jacksonville area in 1992 after 7 other corporate moves. This experience has provided me with valuable insight that I use today to help all of my customers that are faced with a relocation. On a personal side, I have been married since 1972 and we have two boys who also live in this area. I am an avid sportsman and enjoy playing golf, beach volleyball, fitness, cooking, and "Carolina Shag" dancing.
