About Trish

Patricia (Trish) Sarfert has been a Realtor in the Pensacola, Florida area since 2004 and services Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama. She has also received her Broker's license, is a certified Military Relocation Professional, Florida Military Specialist, Resort Second Property Specialist, and has earned the distinguished Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Trish works with buyers and sellers with Investment Properties, First Time Homebuyers, new construction homes, and HUD/foreclosure properties. Another personal specialty is assisting Buyers and Sellers with Green Certified and Energy Efficient homes. Having served in the United States Air Force, Trish is also able to use her personal knowledge of the PCS process to assist military members moving to or from the Pensacola area.
