Oliviya Carter brings a special, “southern-style” charm to the Pensacola Coldwell Banker office. After 15 years in the hospital administration industry, she has returned to her roots and is fully pursuing her passion for real estate. Oliviya is an active member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors and holds a dual MS in Health Administration Health Informatics from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
