Kelly Eddins, REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, specializes in the Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Pensacola Beach and Surrounding Areas (Cantonment, Pace, Milton, Navarre and Navarre Beach). Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA Kelly has experienced many types of residential living -from big city, beautiful beach, small towns and multifamily communities. Thus, expanding her understanding and empathy specific to each client. Kelly is currently a member of the National, the Florida and the Pensacola Association of REALTORS. Kelly is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations Communication and has been a member of the Florida Public Relations Association. Kelly served on the Visit Florida Meetings and Travel Trade Committee, assisted with Visit Florida Grants, past Visit Pensacola Hospitality Round Table Vice-Chair, and past Chair for the Visit Pensacola Sales Services Committee. Kelly's dedication to community is evident through past volunteer involvement with: St. Ann's Church -Gulf Breeze, Our Lady of the Assumption Church -Pensacola Beach, Girl Scouts of Northwest Florida, Gulf Coast Kids House -Pensacola and Habitat for Humanity Women's Build -Pensacola.
