About Libby

About me I have been a full time Realtor since 1984, specializing in Resort Real Estate and Beach Front Properties. My expertise, however, is not limited to just resort real estate and beach front properties as I have successfully marketed all types of residential and light commercial properties. I am consistently among the top producers of Coldwell Banker as well as all of Bay County, Florida. I am very proud of my reputation as a person of absolute integrity. I am involved in our community and stay abreast of changing trends in the real estate market. I am dedicated to my clients and give each one the personal service they deserve. My attention to detail is unequaled as I proceed through each phase of your transaction. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a successful and well-respected elementary school teacher. I hold a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Kentucky University. “THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX”Unlike most real estate companies Coldwell Banker strives to reach the masses of internet users. We continually purchase thousands of search terms on some of the most high traffic search engines, resulting in driving online buyers to my listings. I have the technology and resources to generate demand for your property, provide buyers with the detailed information they desire and have the ability to respond quickly to online inquiries through a lead reporting tool called LeadRouter that sends me a message via email and phone. REACHING OUTSIDE THE LOCAL MARKETBy using Coldwell Banker ® internet marketing program, I am determined to generate broad online exposure for property sellers America’s leading internet real estate sites and portals, selling property quickly and for the best possible price. To satisfy online shoppers, my listings have multiple photos and detailed property descriptions. I provide superior customer service and dedicate my expertise and time to ensure that your real estate experience is pleasant and stress free.
