Jo Ann enjoys the rewards of managing the Panama City Beach Florida office and its team of professional real estate associates. This office has a proven track record success for its buyers and sellers and takes great pride in helping people realize their dreams of home ownership. Jo Ann began her real estate career in 1984 in Atlanta, GA. In 1991 she made a fantastic move to the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches." She is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and has received her CRS and CRB designations. She is past President of the Bay County Association of REALTORS; and the local Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS; and was also their Career Development Chairperson. Jo Ann had the privilege of serving as a member of the Bay County Economic Development Alliance which is part of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. Jo Ann also has been named Broker of the Year for the Bay County Association of REALTORS in 2005, 2010, 2013 and 2017 and had the honor of being REALTOR Citizen of the Year in 2011.
