About Terry

As a self motivated successful business entrepreneur, with more than 30 years in sales and marketing, I have decided to pursue Real Estate, a life long passion for houses and architecture. Before becoming a real-estate agent, I personally had the opportunity to design and build my own custom home, build and design an Air-bnb as well as several remodel projects. Along the way I acquired rental properties and became very familiar with property management. With those experiences I have gained significant knowledge and hope to share that knowledge with others. With my problem solver mindset, attention to detail, delivering with honesty, integrity along with ethics, and the critical importance of long-term, positive customer relationships - I look forward to building many ~ That's what drives me.
