About Shannon

Hi! My name is Shannon Howell and I am so excited to meet you! One thing I must tell you about me is, I have southern charm and an accent that always has people asking me, “where are you from?” I chose real estate as a landing place because I love people and I love helping others work through the details of big financial decisions. I’m organized, have attention to detail, and love to get the most for my sellers and buyers alike. Personal experience in the housing market as an investor has really helped me hone my skills within what buyers are looking for in their next home. And what sellers could be doing to get their home prepared to sell and receive appropriate offers. I have a degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville and spent my early years in a career as a bank examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency. I specialized in Consumer Compliance to ensure the banks were following the regulations to protect consumers. I’m a wife of 18 years to my awesome husband, Jim. We are blessed with two active and healthy boys, Brayden and Chase. I love spending time as a family, laughing and making memories. We have a mini chocolate lab, his name is Rick, and he is a momma’s boy for sure! I enjoy reading and have set a goal to read 12 books a year. I wake up super early in the morning to have quiet time and read my Bible and journal. Filling my cup so I can pour into others. I look forward to working with you!
