Background Before assuming the Branch Manager position, Ron spent 12+ years as an agent with the Company. Much of this was as the Team Leader for the Jackson-Matlock Real Estate Group, which had a track record of being recognized as one of Coldwell Banker's top teams worldwide. This significant field experience well qualifies Ron to coach/mentor our agents on providing world class customer service and setting a standard of excellence in the marketplace. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Ron led a large sales force for a major telecommunications company and held a leadership position with Ernst Young, one of the world's premier management consulting firms. He holds an MBA degree, has substantial marketing skills and experience, and possesses a strong business acumen that is valued by customers and our team of agents. The Bottom Line....
