I’m a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty serving Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs and surrounding areas. I specialize in helping homeowners confidently downsize and guiding move-up buyers who need more space and a better fit for their next stage of life. Before real estate, I spent 17 years as an Executive Assistant, where precision, organization, and follow-through were essential. That background shapes how I serve my clients today. Buying or selling a home is both a financial and emotional decision, and my role is to provide clear strategy, strong negotiation, and consistent communication so you can move forward with confidence. My husband and I have personally bought and sold seven homes, so I understand firsthand the excitement — and the stress — that comes with a move. I’m known for my calm approach and structured plan that keeps everything on track while protecting your equity. My family has called Palm Harbor home since 2016, and I’m deeply involved in our community. I serve as PTSA Treasurer and SAC Treasurer/Vice-Chair at my son’s high school, and I volunteer with Better Living for Seniors’ Silver Santas program, helping provide holiday gifts to seniors in need. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me traveling with my family, spending time with our Goldendoodle, reading, playing pickleball, or enjoying Bunco with friends.
