I am a Tampa Bay Realtor with more than 20 years of experience, serving Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor and Dunedin, and supporting sellers throughout coastal Pinellas and Tampa Bay. My real estate career began in California, where I spent more than a decade in corporate and commercial real estate with companies such as World Savings and Loan, DHL Worldwide Express, Robert Half International and Bedford Property Investors REIT. Those years strengthened my negotiation skills, market analysis, financial understanding and ability to manage complex transactions. When I moved to Florida in 2004, I rebuilt my real estate business from the ground up with no network and no referrals. I focused on integrity, clarity, and consistent follow-through, and today my business thrives almost entirely through repeat clients and referrals who value professionalism, strategy, and calm guidance. When listing a home, I study active competition, inventory levels, showing activity, and neighborhood demand to position the property intelligently.
