I have lived in Florida since 1984 and have owned/rented numerous homes in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties. I currently live in beautiful Trinity, Florida and have been an active member of my community for almost 20 years now. I am excited to be turning that local focus toward real estate! My background in customer service and buying/selling my own properties offers the perfect opportunity to meld my passion for real estate with my commitment to my community. When I bought my first home (I won't mention how many years ago) the real estate agent took me all over looking at houses. The problem was he never really listened to what I wanted. We were spinning wheels looking at houses I didn't like or couldn't afford. In addition, the broker was somewhat of a bully and I felt undue stress during what was supposed to be a very exciting time for me. My goal is 100% satisfaction from all my clients.
