About Terrance

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Terrance has called the Palm Beach area home for over 30 years. He attended Virginia State University, where he focused on Business Administration, all while pursuing a passion for runway modeling. His strong customer service skills and keen eye for detail led him to a successful 30-year career in retail leadership, rising from Salesperson to Vice President/General Manager, and later serving as an Executive Trainer for one of the world’s largest department stores. Transitioning into real estate, Terrance quickly made an impact, earning the prestigious Rookie of the Year award in his first year. As both a Seller’s and Buyer’s Representative, he brings a wealth of experience in negotiations, marketing, and educating clients throughout their real estate journey. Known for his detail-oriented approach, proactive mindset, and warm personality, Terrance is committed to delivering exceptional service with a personal touch. A long-time South Florida resident, Terrance currently lives in West Palm Beach. He enjoys biking along scenic coastal routes, relaxing on the beach, and traveling—splitting his time between exploring new destinations and restoring a historic home in his hometown of Richmond. Dedicated to giving back, he actively supports numerous charitable organizations, including the United Way, Race for the Cure, The Lord’s Place, Turtle Nest Village, Inspirit, and Flagler Montessori School.
