I started in Real Estate as an agent in Feb 2013 and after working to be one of the top Salespeople in the office, the position of manager became available in February 2016 and after much soul searching I talked to the VP and some of the agents in the office and decided to go for it. I started with 12 agents and as of July 2023, I am 82 strong and adding to it. We have succeeded in building an office environment that is conducive with agents working together to succeed. We have an excellent in-house training program and are constantly working with agents to make them successful. Our office has been awarded the Bronze award for excellence which was only awarded to only a small number of offices in the country. I was the Number 1 recruiter in the nation for a promotion of bringing experienced agents into the company in 2016/2017. Our office is now taking over market share in our area. I feel so very blessed to be working with some of the best agents in the business. We pride ourselves in being very ethical in all of our dealings with customers and fellow agents in the business. I absolutely love bringing new agents into the company and watching them succeed though the training and tools Coldwell Banker provides the new agents. Coldwell Banker has helped me to fulfill my dreams and I love helping agents fulfill their dreams. It is great to get up in the morning and look forward to going to work.
