About Jason

Hi! My name is Jason Adams, and I am a licensed sales associate that belongs to the National Association of Realtors. My service areas include Santa Rosa, Escambia, and Okaloosa Counties. I am a Pace/Milton native (Pace High School Grad) and have lived in this community for almost my entire life. I am married to an amazing woman, Katelyn (Daughter of Coldwell Banker- Realtor Amanda Leavins), and we introduced our precious baby boy Asher in August 2024. We have 2 white German Shepard dogs (Scout & Sadie) who are ecstatic that they finally have a baby brother! In our free time, we enjoy hunting, fishing, and going out on the boat with family. Nature is our home away from home! Unless we are studying for something, ha! My wife is currently an accountant at a local CPA office, and I own a local handyman business called JK Adams Services LLC. We are also involved in ministry at a local church in Milton, FL. My experience ranges from customer service, management, construction/maintenance, and the military. I hope to utilize all of these skills acquired as I transition into my real estate career. I am excited to join this team of agents as well as working alongside my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. One of my goals with my real estate career is to become a Military Relocation Specialist.
