While in New York, Marty was a successful horticulturist and owned a boutique retail florist and greenhouse where she designed beautiful custom arrangements for herclients. Moving to Florida allowed her to live in a flora-fauna environment all year round. Something always blooming. Still owning land above Keuka Lake, she chose to escape the brutal winters of New York and moved to thewarm and sunny Florida shores in 2001.
