About Tim

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Tim is an award-winning Realtor/Sales Associate with the Southwest Orlando office of Coldwell Banker Realty. He has been a licensed Realtor since 1994. He has worked out of the Southwest Orlando office in Dr. Phillips throughout his real estate career. Tim has listed and sold residential properties throughout the Central Florida area including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Polk, Marion, Volusia and Brevard counties. He has partnered with his wife, Reenie Frush to form The Frush Team with a combined experience of over 50 years. For twelve years prior to his real estate career, Tim held various IT positions. He left his corporate position to begin his real estate career in which he is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. He has attained the Coldwell Banker Awards of International Sterling Society, International Diamond Society and President's Circle. In addition, he currently holds the Orlando Realtor Association's Gold Status as a Top Producer and has been ranked in the Top 100 Realtors in Orlando. EDUCATION Tim majored in communications and computer sciences at Valencia Community College and the University of Central Florida. He feels that both of these courses of study have been extremely beneficial to him in his success in the real estate field. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS Tim is a current member in good standing of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Certified Marketing Specialist and Certified Relocation Specialist.
