I have a multifaceted background in the real estate industry spanning over 25 years. I've continued my real estate education over the years to earn multiple national designations including the ABR® - Accredited Buyer's Representative, SRES® - Senior's Real Estate Specialists and SRS® - Sellers Representative Specialist. Most recently I earned the SFR®, Short Sale Foreclosure Resource, Certification. This experience and continued education helps me understand how all the real estate pieces fit together so I can facilitate a smooth and successful real estate transaction for you. In addition to my sales associate license, in 2021 I obtained a Registered Trainee Appraiser license. Working as an appraiser has given me a greater knowledge in the overall real estate world which I can also pass on to my customers. While Lake County is my primary area of expertise, I also service Orange, Osceola, Polk, Sumter and southern Marion counties. The South Lake County area has been my home for over two decades. My husband grew up here and we have enjoyed raising our family in the beautiful rolling hills unique to this area of Florida. We have seen the Lake County go from sleepy little towns into the growing suburban communities they are today. I have deep ties to Lake County and I am committed to helping buyers and sellers in our little piece of paradise in the hills.
