With over 20 years in real estate, I'm proud to support over 2,800 independent agents and 17 offices across Central Florida, from Tampa/St. Petersburg to Orlando and Brevard County. As Regional Vice President, I focus on driving growth, providing coaching, and ensuring that our agents and managers have the tools they need to thrive. Helping our sales associates and managers live exceptional lives is my ultimate goal. I've been licensed since 1997, starting in new home sales before transitioning into management, where I led a #1 sales team that sold over 1,000 homes in a 12-month period. Subsequently, I was named one of the youngest VP of Sales. In 2012, I joined Coldwell Banker as an agent in Lake Mary and became managing broker for the Southwest Orlando office in 2018. By 2020, I was promoted to Regional Vice President for the Central Florida region. Early in my career, I was coached by industry leaders, which inspired my dedication to the personal and professional growth of agents and branch managers. I conduct weekly strategy sessions and one-on-one coaching, emphasizing the importance of continuous education in technology, listings, laws, and selling techniques. My aim is to equip agents and managers with the skills needed to excel in the industry. Originally from Long Island, New York, I graduated from Binghamton University with a B.S. in Political Science and moved to Boynton Beach in 1996. I now live in Apopka with my wife, Jennifer, our daughter, Lauren, and our Goldendoodle, Ruby, enjoying boating, technology, and family time by the pool.
