I’m Efrain Reyes, a real estate agent based in Orlando, Florida, proudly serving buyers, sellers, and relocating families across Central Florida. I’ve lived in Southwest Orlando since 2000 and have built my business around local market knowledge, strategic negotiation, and a client-first approach that helps families make confident real estate decisions. Originally from West Texas, I moved to Florida to attend Florida State University and later earned my Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of South Florida. My engineering background taught me how to analyze data, solve problems, and think strategically—skills I now apply to helping clients navigate the Central Florida housing market. My college years were also where I met my wife, Jessica. We’ve been married since 2009 and share our home with three wonderful dogs. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the outdoors. Rome, Italy holds a special place in my heart and remains one of my favorite places to visit. Before becoming a real estate professional, I worked in the retail industry as an Operations and Logistics Manager and later as a Merchandise and Customer Experience Manager. Those roles strengthened my negotiation skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional service—qualities that now shape how I help my real estate clients. I strongly believe that knowledge is power in today’s real estate market. With over 90% of home buyers and sellers beginning their search online, I stay up-to-date on the latest housing trends, technology, and digital marketing strategies so my clients benefit from accurate market insights and maximum exposure when selling their homes. I’m fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in Portuguese, French, and Italian, which allows me to communicate comfortably with a diverse group of buyers and sellers throughout the Central Florida community.
