Growing up in a military family as the daughter of a now-retired U.S. Navy sailor, Emily experienced life in many places before her family ultimately put down roots in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2010. That sense of transition and adaptability shaped her appreciation for what ?home? truly means. Today, that meaning is centered around her own family: her husband, her son, and their fur babies. Emily began her professional career in sales before transitioning into real estate in 2018. She joined Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty as a Transaction Coordinator, where she built her expertise from the ground up. She is known for maintaining structure in fast-paced environments while ensuring each transaction progresses smoothly from start to finish. Emily finds the most fulfillment in seeing a transaction come together and knowing she played a role in helping families reach an important milestone. Outside of work, she values time at home with her family, whether that means relaxing together or tending to her garden and making the most of the moments that matter most
