Vianka Heary – Realtor® Born and raised in Mexico, Vianka moved to Austin, Texas to attend St. Edward’s University and later began a life of adventure as a proud military spouse. After living in several places across the country, she found her heart and home on Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast. Real estate runs in Vianka’s family—she’s a second-generation Realtor® inspired by her mother’s passion for serving others. Today, she brings that same dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with care, integrity, and expertise. Vianka lives in Niceville, FL with her husband, their two daughters, son, and a playful puppy. Outside of real estate, she loves interior design and fitness. Whether she’s transforming spaces or supporting friends on their wellness journeys, Vianka’s creativity and energy shine through in everything she does.
