My whole life I've enjoyed just about every water sport there is, so when I got orders to Eglin Air Force Base I knew this was going to be where we would end up after military retirement. After 8 more permanent changes of station and another 20 years active duty service we found our way back to the Emerald Coast. Along the way we bought and sold several homes in several different states-including several years of renting out our properties. With over eight years as Realtors® we still find great joy in putting our experiences and talents to work for our clients. We found a home at Coldwell Banker Realty Niceville as it offers our clients access to the industry's most advanced marketing tools and an extensive referral network. In addition, I remain involved with the military community through very rewarding work to develop and execute special operations exercises. We've owned property here for over 25 years and love all the area has to offer. We love the terrific beaches, biking, water skiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, PWC riding, paddle boarding and kayaking, to name a few. We enjoy as many of the outdoor activities as the Emerald Coast serves up. If it's on or even under the water-we're game! We also enjoy contributing to local and national charities; we donate 10% of all commissions earned to a charity of our client's choosing.
