When I first moved to Niceville in 1994, I knew this would be my “forever” home. After 8 permanent changes of station and another 20 years we finally found our way back to the Emerald Coast. Along the way we bought and sold several homes in several different states—including several years of renting out our properties. With over six years as Realtors® we still find it very rewarding to guide our clients through every step of the purchase or selling process, making it as stress-free as possible. We’ve owned two waterfront properties and thoroughly enjoy the Emerald Coast lifestyle. Whether it’s on the beach, gulf or the fantastic bayou’s, we love taking in the unforgettable sunsets. We also enjoy contributing to local and national charities; we donate 10% of all commissions earned to a charity of our client’s choosing.
