Hello to all my neighbors and friends on the Emerald Coast, (especially Okaloosa and Walton Counties) I have been a resident of the Niceville area for the past 25 years and have raised my family here. I have worked as an independent handyman and as a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker-Associate for almost 20 years. A little history: Working as a handyman in our area from the early 90s to the present, I have seen the development of our area and the care many people take to keep and maintain their beautiful homes (big or small), and having raised my family here through the "Blue Ribbon" school systems of Niceville, We love our town... I have seen the care our families take in raising our kids all the way through to the college system with our 4 year Northwest Florida College and how many of us love this area and want to keep it the best!
