Candace Floyd is a Florida Panhandle REALTOR® with more than a decade of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, and those relocating throughout the Emerald Coast and surrounding communities. Licensed since 2015, Candace has built her business around local knowledge, personalized service, strategic marketing, and relationships that continue long after closing. Her experience spans residential real estate, coastal and waterfront homes, condos, new construction, investment properties, land, and luxury real estate. Candace serves clients throughout Destin, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, Crestview, Freeport, Miramar Beach and Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach and 30A, Navarre, and surrounding Florida Panhandle communities. She is also licensed in Alabama. Before real estate, Candace managed a family-owned business in Crestview and worked in diagnostic imaging. Those experiences helped shape the attention to detail, communication, and work ethic she brings to every transaction today. Whether marketing a property for a seller, helping a buyer find the right home, or identifying an investment opportunity, Candace takes a personalized approach to each client’s goals. Outside of real estate, Candace enjoys spending time with her 15-year-old son, traveling, fishing, boating, and aerial silks.
