I'm Cory Byrd and I'm a Realtor for Coldwell Banker F.I. Grey & Son Residential in New Port Richey, FL. I was born & raised in the Tampa Bay Area and have known no other place as home. I've spent the majority of my career in Sales and Digital Media & Marketing. My sales experience has allowed me to be able to help navigate and negotiate the best deals for my clients. My experience in Digital Media enables me to market my listings in a modern way to attract the most potential buyers when selling a home. Since becoming a real estate agent, I’ve been recognized each year for my success within the industry and being amongst the top agents throughout Coldwell Banker. I believe in always furthering myself through continuous education to be able to better serve my clients, so I have also received my certifications as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, Certified Expert Listing Agent, Certified Listing Marketing Expert, Certified New Home Professional, and a Certified Residential Real Estate Probate Specialist.
