Michael "Mike" Downer is one of the most dedicated and committed real estate agents in the nation. Mike comes to Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida after spending over fifteen years as a successful Branch Vice President, Instructor, and Agent in the New Jersey Market. During his time in New Jersey, his office earned Coldwell Banker Realty's President's Club Award as one of the top 100 offices in the country. As an agent he was the Hunterdon Somerset Association of REALTORS (HSAR) REALTOR of the Year in 2013.
