About Kal

A native New Yorker, Kal Anderson began his real estate career in the 1980's as a condominium and cooperative sales specialist for one of Manhattan's premier residential brokerage firms. With a strong focus on marketing resales and new construction high rise buildings, Kal quickly earned a reputation as a high volume top-producer. He also managed the on-site leasing operations for numerous luxury rental developments, most notably Manhattan Park on Roosevelt Island. Subsequently, he was recruited by Manhattan’s largest independently owned franchise, Prudential MLBKaye International Realty, where he was promoted to Vice President and specialized in marketing and selling multi-million dollar luxury residences and mentoring new associates. Kal Anderson brings over 30 years of successful real estate marketing, sales, leasing and property management experience to Coldwell Banker. Kal's exceptional achievements are based on his efforts to make his client's satisfaction his number one priority. He is a strong and persistent negotiator, yet a patient listener and diligent problem solver. His knowledge of the marketplace and housing regulations are invaluable to sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants alike. Kal is married to his best friend of 30 years and is the devoted father of two children. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and composing music.
