About Ilen

Ilen Estrada epitomizes dedication, hard work, tenacity, and service. Ilen has resided in Naples with her husband of 40 years, sons and five grandchildren. She grew up in New Jersey and started working at the young age of 15 as a bookkeeper for an electrical supply store. This is where she discovered and developed her passion for sales and service. Ilen was a Customer Service Representative with Wakefern Food Corporation, the largest retailer-owned cooperative in the United States. In 1986, Ilen and her family relocated to the Sunshine State where she was a Civil Servant with the City of Miami for over ten years. In 1988 Ilen launched her real estate career and has successfully continued it for 34 years. She has worked nearly all aspect of the industry. Ilen has used her wisdom, eloquence and personality to match sellers, investors, builders and buyers in obtaining their share of the American Dream of owning their home. Ilen has been trained and inspired by some of the best as Dave Lininger, Jack Canfield, Dale Carnegie, Zig Ziglar, Tom Ferry, Tony Robbins and others. Throughout her 34+year career, Ilen has built strong relationships with leading institutions, title companies, real estate firms, builders, engineers, and designers in order to serve her clientele. In 2015 Ilen took a hiatus from real estate after the losing her youngest son, Nestor, to heart disease at the young age of 31, to join the renowned law firm of Marc L Shapiro as the COO in Naples Florida. Attorney Shapiro is ranked as one of the top 1% attorneys in the US and is also the owner and president of Aries Title, Inc. Among her extensive life experiences and accolades, Ilen is a Senior Licensed Title Agent heading a branch office of Aries Title. Ilen uses her experience and foresight to proactively address glitches before they become problems. Ilen and her title team members work with banks, Homeowner's Associations to establish relationships and communication channels from the first phone call, all the way to closing and beyond. Ilen has made to huge changes in 2022. It is a pleasure to reveal that Ilen has decided to join the luxury real estate sale right where she left off to meet the needs of luxury clients through Coldwell Banker . Ilen fulfills the needs of what the luxury home buyer wants, the type of service they expect and care about (e.g., values, beliefs, interests) and joined Gulfshore Title LLC. She is also now studying Italian to help her Italian buyers and expand her notability as A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). As a world traveler, her travels have helped her expands her ability to cater to international buyers.
