About Farley

After a 43 year career as a Senior Executive for a large full service regional CPA and Business Advisory Firm, I have decided to transition my career and help homeowners and investors with their real estate transactions. I will continue to draw on my: -Skills, experience, knowledge and passion for client service to serve others. To that end I joined Coldwell Banker as a Sales Associate. During my career as a Partner and Managing Partner I helped guide the Firm, contributed to significant Firm growth and provided strategic leadership . Having worked with high net worth individuals and families, other professionals and C-level executives as a trusted advisor during my entire career, I have established many long-standing and trusted relationships. I want to continue in those footsteps. My strong professional client service has been recognized by my clients as a differentiator. Bringing responsiveness, an ability to "truly put myself in their shoes" while still bringing objectivity and pragmatic guidance has been my secret to success. I have great communication and negotiation skills, a strong financial background, a huge network, and knowledge of the SWFL real estate market.
