About Debra

Born and raised in New York City, Debra graduated from Fordham University, in Bronx, New York, with a degree in Marketing. She obtained a Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision from Fairfield University, in Fairfield, Connecticut. Debra spent the large part of her career in Administration at Fairfield University, and at St. Vincent College of Nursing in Bridgeport, Connecticut as the Assistant Dean of Administrative Service and Registrar. Following a job transfer for her husband’s career, Debra and her family were transferred to Northeast Ohio where she made her home in beautiful Hudson, Ohio for over 20 years. There Debra served as President of the Chadds Ford Homeowners Association and various other positions on the Board. In 2014, following her retirement from the Hudson City School District, Debra and her husband made Naples, Florida their permanent residence. Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate was a natural fit for Debra. The integrity and customer service philosophy that began with Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker in the early 1900’s aligns with Debra’s philosophy as she works with each of her clients. As a real estate professional it is easy to sell the city she loves. Debra has a genuine enthusiasm for helping people get to the next real estate stage in their lives, whether it is buying or selling a home. Debra is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
