A veteran real estate professional with more than 20+ years and more than 50 large-scale development sales and marketing assignments representing over 7,000 units $3.4B under her belt, Christine offers her clients exceptional residential savvy. Advising on pre-production planning of product advisory, sales strategy, marketing budget and execution from concept to closing has been her life's work. Specializing in identifying talent and team building, she brings an analytical background to the development sales process, by constantly monitoring trends, and identifying unique opportunities within each diverse residential market she works which has included, Illinois, Florida, Texas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Utah. Christine's work experience includes working for large multi-national corporations and smaller start-ups which include NRT/ ON Collaborative and WDS after working for Kinzie and a lengthy career with Garrison Partners Consulting, where, as Senior Vice President, she oversaw luxury high-rise condominium developments, master plan single family golf course communities and rental to condominium conversion projects in seven states. Managing a team of 35 professionals, Christine was responsible for planning, developing, and managing the sales and marketing for each new project.
