About Arlene

I grew up in Miami, Florida but as an adult I moved to Broward County, Florida where I attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I graduated with honors and received a four-year Bachelor degree in Architecture and Interior Design. While working as an Interior Designer, I expanded into Staging homes. I was encouraged by a close Realtor friend to obtain my Real Estate license. Your home is likely your most valuable asset and you should work with an agent that treats it as such. As an experienced, Top Producing Agent, I am always on the move, my focus is assisting Sellers in Staging and preparing their home to be viewed in its best light, working to market the property to ALL Buyers, so they may obtain top dollar in a competitive market. Staging helps Buyers visualize themselves in a particular home, as well as propelling the property to garner higher prices than non-staged homes. I work hard to create a personalized and dynamic marketing strategy for each home that I sell. Education has always been an important focus in my life. I continue to take designation courses through the National Association of Realtors to further my Real Estate knowledge and stay on the forefront of a continually changing industry.
