Yvonne immigrated from Germany with her family at a young age and grew up on Long Island's North Shore. Over the years, Yvonne has held leadership roles in various volunteer organizations, including the mid-Beach Bayshore Homeowner's Association, Miami Beach Rowing Club - Committee Chair and North Beach PTA. As a single mother, Yvonne raised two ambitious young men who attended Miami Beach public schools and have since both graduated from highly respected northeast universities. They both currently work in the field of Finance in New York and Boston.
