Margarita was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia, and has lived in Miami since 2005. She manages a portfolio of foreign investors who are drawn to Miami for its international diversity and rapid economic growth. Her knowledge of the local market, technological savviness, and dedication to the client experience differentiate her as a rising star in the local Miami Real Estate space. Prior to Coldwell Banker Realty, Margarita was at The Wise Group at RelatedISG where she focused on international sales, traveling to industry events in South America to educate investors on the U.S. Real Estate Market. Margarita is 100% focused on the customer experience, leaving nothing to chance. She is diligent and patient, ensuring that her clients get the best service possible. Her approach to client satisfaction is a combination of "high tech and high touch", always getting to know the needs of her clients and using the best available tools to guide them in their real estate investments. When Margarita isn't busy being a real estate rockstar, she loves yoga, boot camp, spinning, dancing, running, horseback riding, taking long bike rides, and spending time with her son and pet Shiba Inu. She lives a very active lifestyle and loves exploring Miami and all of its cultural offerings.
